Welcome to River Bluff Cooperative of Elton Hills! We are located on a heavily wooded site, minutes from the Mayo Clinic and downtown Rochester, with a beautiful view of the Zumbro river.
The Elton Hills neighborhood in northwest Rochester is noted for well-kept homes and easy access to shops, restaurants, freeways, transportation, and entertainment.
We opened in the Fall 2009 and our community features 50 homes, with a variety of floor plans. Our member amenities are many, including our River Room for member parties and events, a library, exercise room, business center, and a guest suite. And our underground heating parking includes a car wash bay and a workshop.
